Our approach is simple.
PodScholars is the first podcasting platform and database specifically geared towards published research, where scholars, researchers, and other experts can broadcast published science as audio or video casts. The PodScholars approach is simple: one research article per one podcast. Each PodScholars podcast is created with the listener in mind. Create an account to use our streamlined search tool to browse topics and bookmark relevant podcasts to listen to later on. When you delve into a PodScholars podcast, you can expect to hear a discussion of a scientific research study or published scholarship directly from an expert. It’s like reading a scientific research article, except you’re listening to it explained in a more condensed and digestible format. Want to know more about the research you are hearing? Along with each podcast, you will be able to find information about the journal, date published, authors, and a link to find the published document for further reading.
If you’re a creator, we highly encourage you to discuss all parts of your published manuscript, just like you’re talking to a non-expert. As the podcaster, you have complete autonomy over your audio or video cast. Any published science can be podcasted, regardless of publication date or discipline. Have additional questions? Please see our FAQ page for more common questions or reach out to us for more specific questions.
